8 Robinsons LLC has rolled out plans to become a fully functional Brand Management Firm by 2012. While in the past 8 Robinsons focused on website and graphic design for B2B, C2B and B2C clients we have decided to focus on our small portfolio of brands moving forward.

We have learned that our brands must be treated like businesses within the company, and our brand managers are essentially small business owners. Our day to day responsibilities now involve:

. Monitoring the competitive landscape of the category in which our brands reside.
. Developing strategies to exploit market opportunities.
. Executing those strategies with the help of cross-functional teams.
. Delivering the sales volume, market share, and profit projections for the business.

Jett Oni Robinson is preparing to be our youngest Brand Manager ever. He has agreed to publish his signature sketches, drawings and paintings as a t-shirts targeting the youth. Jett is currently 6yrs old and has been drawing since he could hold a pencil (some couches, tables and walls have fallen prey to his mighty pen). Nevertheless, we have found a way to harness his powers and teach him about entrepreneurship and responsibility in the process.
