2025 Week 20 – The Magic of Family
I haven’t been updating my weekly journal. I’ve been thinking a lot. Trying to find my mojo so to speak. Working my way through it one project at a time. The one thing that has been constant in my life, is the love for and from my family. My brothers, nieces, nephews, sisters, parents, and friends have kept me inspired! We don’t often all sit in the same room at the same time, but when we do, something magical happens. Problems take a back seat to genuine love. Worries fade away as if the broad shoulders of brothers are the perfect barrier. All sounds are drowned and replaced by the loud laughter and multiple conversations that fill the room. In these spaces, nothing else matters outside of the people in the room. I’m so proud of my nieces and nephews. They are navigating that awkward transition into adulthood with such bravery and integrity. I wish I could package and sell their processes to others. Our smiles always overcome our tears. We talk of mastering our jobs, creating multiple streams of income, and old stories that are too funny not to share every time we get together.
So, if you're feeling lost or struggling to find your spark, remember the power of connection. Nurture your relationships, cherish those moments with loved ones, and let their love and laughter fill your soul. It might just be the magic you need to rediscover your mojo.
