04 Sometimes it's Good to Just Be Quiet
Week 04 of 2024 – Sometimes I can be very silent. This week I embraced it and did more listening and watching than talking. I need to adapt to change. There are so many moving parts all around me. There is much work to be done, both professionally and personally.

Week 02 of 2024 – I’ve been working in the areas of diversity and inclusion for some time now. I’ve learned that understanding the adversity faced across any group takes traveling and engaging across cultures so that we don’t only look through the lens of our personal experiences.
01 He Gave Me a Speeding Ticket
Week 01 2024 - I started the year off with a speeding ticket. I was calm and honest as the state trooper informed me that the area was a construction zone, and that the newly posted signs made that particular section a 35mph zone.
