Day 013 – Difficult Does Not Mean Impossible
I forgot to load a podcast episode on Sunday. I’m not even sure how it happened. I publish to multiple platforms and have a process that I usually follow. Only this time I scheduled more than a week in advance and more than likely set the publish date incorrectly. No worries episode 55 on all podcast platforms now. Operating multiple podcast and web series is not for the faint of heart. Let’s call it difficult. All things were once considered difficult until someone figured a process to make them easy. It takes a tremendous amount of patience to manage it all and until there is a budget for a full staff, everything is done in house from buying drinks and snacks for interviews we arrange to editing and publishing each week’s episode. Host Hershy even makes breakfast on occasion. I fully accept that difficult rarely means impossible. I am thankful for the path before me and remain open to the lessons from each week. Here is to quickly pivoting to make sure that each week’s mission is successful.
