DAY 050 – Building Legacy
Our legacies can be summed up in one brief statement. If You Do Something or If You Don’t Do Something You Will Be Known for That. I talk a lot about what I’m doing, but if you follow my journey, you will find that I do 10x more so that my actions greatly overshadow my words. I let my team know that we may not fully reap the benefits of the work we are doing. I want everyone to be ok with setting up foundations and sustainability for the next generation. We move fearlessly consuming the risk, so that a clear path is made for those coming after us. We live in a society where everyone has a voice. You can be practically anyone you want to be using social media. You can even grow followings with a persona (a ghost of a being who spins stories to herd the masses in a desired direction). I’m super proud of the work my brother and business partner, Angelo Robinson is doing with Yellow Tub Creative to grow a thriving community of artist. We are creators. We are the artist that shape the brands of tomorrow while we preserve the past on canvases and digital screens.
