Day 094 – Work Ethic
Be willing to do today what others won’t do, so you can be able to do tomorrow what others can’t do. For this reason, I accept challenges. I’ve always walked the difficult path. The young kids call it “getting it out the mud”. I don’t think it is that I choose difficult paths. There are no easy paths. Even now the work is hard, demanding and the rewards are few. Every decision is critical and has some long-term impact on future positioning. Every move I make is strategic. I write this for my sons. So, they know that even though life is not easy, a strong work ethic will forge a trail ahead of you. It will also leave a path for others to follow.
